I came in with pain in my neck and lower back. Dr. Trisha and her staff have helped me so much! I highly recommend Hands on Wellness. I went in the oxygen chamber and slept like a baby that evening!

Always happy after a visit here. The staff is attentive and helpful. Minimal wait time as well as a variety of services. Really appreciate the wellness options here. I'm can get an adjustment, massage and even acupuncture! They also have an energy worker. I struggle with sinus infections and have found Accupuncture extremely helpful. Thank you Dr. Shelton and team for always helping me be my best!

Josh is a miracle worker. I was in town for work and the long flight from Chicago caused my back to lock up. When I got to my hotel my back started to spasm so I got a session with Josh that afternoon. He got me moving again; unlocked my stuff joints, improved my flexibility and I was moving in directions I haven’t for months… all in one session. Cant express how grateful I am that he got me healthy again. Anybody with back pain knows how debilitating it can be. I would recommend him to anybody.
