Owner is pretty rude. If you question her prices, she gets very defensive and rude. As a sales person myself, I can tell she micromanages, very pushy and her own employees aren’t very comfortable with her tactics. If she would’ve responded respectfully, I would’ve still considered buying from this location. Glad I went with another shop, way more professional and respectful.

Purchased a ring and was told I had one week to exchange or “free resize.” It was literally written on the back of my receipt. Went back on Christmas Day to get it resized as it was a gift. Upon arrival I was informed it’s actually not free. According to them it’s only free when it’s up or down 1 size. Mine was from a 7-10 and the lady told me she would give me a discount because her “new associate” made a mistake. Okay how is that my problem. Never buying from here again.
