Very good dr the staff is good I got my glasses here and they fit perfectly I had no issues with the optic team nor the ophthalmology side very glad with the services they provide I walked in with no appointment and they were very good at accommodating me wait time was around 10-15 average visit for drs office but very happy

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr Neal & his staff!! I was traveling with my daughter & grand daughters from AZ to Disneyland. After driving 7 hours with what felt like a sharp object in my eye, we arrived in Anaheim at 4:30pm. I dropped my family off at Disneyland, hopped back in the car & drove to Dr Neal's office, arriving at 4:45pm without an appointment. The receptionist was wonderful & patiently helped me validate my insurance as the card I had in my wallet was expired. Even though the office closed at 5pm, Dr Neal & his staff agreed to see me & took the time needed to do a thorough exam. Thanks to a wonderful, professional surgeon and the staff. Cataract surgery was done with ease no pain no discomfort at all. Highly recommend Dr.Neal. After 50 years of wearing glasses, now I'm seeing better than ever and no glasses, yeah!!!
