Thank you Jess!! My son and I walked in with no appointment on a Saturday, we were greeted and told to wait for Jess. I was nervous for my son being African American and not seeing anyone that looked like us cutting or coming in to get cut. After about 5 mins of waiting Jess walked in asked me a few questions and DELIVERED!! Not only did Jess deliver she took her time. Jess was patient combing my son’s nappy hair out while offering him tissue and water because he’s tender headed and was shedding a few tears. Thank you again Jess! We will be back to see you

All the barbers in here are cool. They make you feel right at home. I get my cuts with Jesse. I asked him for his opinion on my hairstyle l, since I was looking for a change in style. I went with his recommended style and have been getting that done by Jesse since then.

I came as a walk-in last week, completely unannounced and on a tight schedule myself. I fully expected to be turned away, but Jess J. had some time before their next appointment. Jess is probably the most pleasant person I've dealt with in a barber shop, and one of the best barbers I've gotten a haircut from. The vibe of Create is an experience, people walking in and engaging in active and energetic conversation is something I've never witnessed at a barbershop. Absolutely refreshing to me, I loved the energy. I'll be coming here from here on for my monthly shearing, even though I live fairly far away.
