I can't say enough good things about this grooming shop! My cat, Lulu, can be a bit on the aggressive side, so I was naturally a little anxious going in. BUT from the moment we arrived, the team made me feel completely at ease. They kindly walked me through all the safety steps they take to ensure a calm and secure environment, not just for the cats, but for the humans too!
Their patience, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. Lulu came out looking great, and to my surprise, she handled it all so well. Most people only take the time to leave a review when something goes wrong, but I think it’s just as important to share when an experience is truly great. I’ve been coming here recently under the new ownership, and I can honestly say the improvements are clear. The shop feels more welcoming and the level of care for the pets is top-notch.
My dog came out looking and feeling amazing, and the staff took the time to make sure she was comfortable the whole way through. It really stood out how much attention they put into the details to get it right.
