Casey is awesome, knowledgable and has incredible customer service!! Last month at Disneyland, my wife's phone somehow got water inside the case, and the water fried the display. We were obviously in a bind because you don't exactly have a lot of options when you're staying at a hotel and at the mercy of maximizing a 3-Day Disney pass. I called Casey, and he walked me through what was most likely wrong with the phone. He had a lot of expertise and was easy to talk with. He didn't try to oversell me anything. Amazing customer service. Casey was very helpful and friendly in helping me pick out a new phone case and even let me try multiple out to get a feel for what I like. He gave me some suggestions based off what I currently had and helped me find an amazing new case. He also helped install a fresh screen protector which almost no company will offer to do. Highly recommend this store!
