My husband went to tell them there was no soap coming out and told him he has no soap so husband can I get refund and he told him to go somewhere else and he was real rude to my husband spent 2 dollars for nothing worth customer service and vacuum didn't work

I just tired to use a vacuum and the machine took my dollar and did not work. There are No numbers located on the car wash walls to call for service or to let anyone know of any malfunctions. There need to be signs posted who to contact or let know of any problems with the servicing wash areas.. to avoid others going through the same thing. Thank you.

Vacuums don’t work properly, tokens only so if you give it $5 but you only need $3 for the machines congrats you’re stuck with an extra $2 in tokens you’ll never use. The towel machines in the back ate $2 I put in and the change machine ate a $5 bill and spit it back out ripped in half in total I only needed to spend $3 here but ended up spending $10. & I can’t find a number anywhere to get my money back. Never coming back
