I was very pleased with my experience with Caliber. I had a stair runner installed by them. First they were super easy to communicate with. I love that I was able to contact them via yelp and they scheduled a time to come out to my house, all via yelp. Additionally, I changed the point person for them on the project part way through dealing with them and the handled it seamlessly. The owner of the company called at each step to let me know what is crew would be doing and always double checked with him each step of the process to make sure it was being done how I wanted it. I really wanted to give Rick and Caliber Flooring Solutions a shoutout here. They were punctual, professional, and passionate about doing the best possible job they could, even going so far as to research the specific flooring material I had initially wanted and pointing out several flaws with the way those were manufactured as well as warrantied. While I did not ultimately move forward with their bid, Rick's engagement left a very strong impression on me and thanks to him, I feel like I am making a more educated decision on my flooring install.

Called Caliber Flooring Solutions and within a day we had a quote with a price. within a couple of weeks that were in our home replacing the flooring. 2200sqft all demo'd, leveled and replaced within 5days!! Super fast service! Owner Rick and his crew were very professional with exceptional skills. Owner was on the job site every day communicating any and all updates. When completed Caliber Flooring Solutions did a beautiful job on our floors! We ended up reque additional work on our home and he had many Connections to the get the work done.
