Great self service carwash! I wish the vacuum is long enough to go around the car. Payment system for Credit Card mustve been down because it didnt take my card when I tried to buy towels.
I had a recent issue where I was entitled to a refund/credit so I called the number posted, left a message and within a few minutes, I received a call back and my issue was handled immediately and professionally by the GM. A few days later at my own convenience, returned to the location to collect and was l was promptly helped by the attendant who was expecting me. That indicates that there’s good communication and organization amongst the staff members. Been coming here for some years and am very satisfied with the operation of this facility. The equipment is well kept up and grounds clean and presentable.
We found this car wash when visiting Garden Grove area from Texas. The car wash was clean and the soap was plentiful. Accepts cards and tokens. The water pressure was enough to wash my air cooled VW and not beat it up. Spotless rinse pressure was excellent! We will be back!
