I am writing this review because I have had an awful experience with the relator Ben Eliahi. My family and I have know him for many years and I am very upset with his behavior and actions that were taken with me. I feel that he has taken advantage of me and wanted me under his control so that I would not sell with another relator and that is my decision not his. I told him mumerous of times that I want to cancel everything and I do not want to sell and he kept on pushing that I keep it on hold. He told me they cant cancel my contract and he kept on puting me in a withdrawl status when I specifically told him that I don't want to do that. He also proceeded to throw in my face everything that he has done, witch is his job to do as a realtor. My family and I have given him plenty of work and for him to talk to me this way and tell me these things is very unprofessional. I will never recommend him or use him again!!! Also, if there policy is they can't canel then why did they send me the documents to canel. I also notified Jenni the manager at this location in anaheim hills and she tells me the same thing about their policy. All I wanted to do is cancel my house being on the market because I did not want to sell and I was given such a hard time about it. The value of this relator and company has given me an awful taste in my mouth. I should not have to ask for permission from my relator of what I want to do with my home. I would give a 0 star if I could!!!

6:30 am on a Wednesday, driving on the 91 west bound, this company had a black jeep driving on the freeway driving very irresponsibly. I got heir information off the stickers on the back of their truck. Usually I wouldn't take the time to do this but it is great way to loose business. Not sure how long he was on the freeway for and how many other people noticed but I would suggest having some type of conversation with your drivers regarding the safety of the road considering that they are representing your company.
