I too have issues with going to the dentist due to a very negative experience at a different dental office (gentle dental in Orange) and Dr Lin was amazing. I had a root canal and felt no pain and he explained every step so there was nothing unexpected. The office staff got me in for treatment the very next day when I told them about the pain I was in. They almost got me same day but I couldn't take that appointment and miss my doctor appointment. Dr Lin numbed my face once we agreed to the treatment (I asked him to) so I wasn't in pain while he finished up treatment on another patient. Highly recommend this office.
I had to get a root canal and was so stressed out. I called apex endodontic and from the first contact to the end of the process my experience was top notch. I can’t say enough about the staff and the doctor. They all made me feel comfortable and helped me with my anxiety. The process was painless and I worried about nothing. If I have to get another one ( hope not) I will go back to APEX Anaheim.
Needed to have a Root canal redone after 10+ years, was referred to Dr Sean Lin, from my dentist Dr Jim Grammas,
Dr Sean was amazing, by explaining everything that needed to be done and how the procedure would work!
Was very professional and very consciences about how i was doing through the 2 hour procedure, made me feel a little bit more at ease since i get pretty anxious!
All ended well was able to fix the issue without any complications, and his staff was excellent 👌🏼!
