I became a customer with Cooper H&A, in Dec, 2000. Tom is the Owner and since installation, my Carrier equipment has operated smoothly, with zero issues. June, 2024, my forced air furnace inducer motor decided to stop spinning. I'd probably stop spinning too, after almost 24yrs. Considering all the working parts, the average life of an HVAC system from 2000, might be 15-20yrs. However, my Carrier system has gone above & beyond that and done extremely well compared to other brands.

We have a 2018 Carrier HVAC and I *highly* recommend this company for maintenance and service. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and the prices are very reasonable! A few years ago in 2020 I used Cooper Heating & Air Conditioning to service our HVAC, and the problem was a limit switch, and Ronnie fixed it right away at a great price. Fast forward to now, we needed someone to take a look at the HVAC again. So I looked on yelp and found a different HVAC company with 100+ 5 star reviews... but the price they quoted was so astronomical it felt like a scam. Luckily I was able to find the Cooper co. again from the Carrier website. I was so relieved they were able to clean and check on our HVAC again!! Nowadays it feels like companies on yelp with 100+ 5 star reviews can still be scammy with their prices. Take it from my personal experience, avoid those other companies and use Cooper Heating & Air Conditioning. They are honest, professional, and excellent.
Called them at 8:15 - tech arrived before 11:00! This is my second experience with AD Cooper, Ronnie was the tech on both calls, and both were great. Would highly recommend this firm.
