Service wasn't bad. Just didn't think the work was great. Came in for the dipping powder and it turned out thiccc. It wasn't expensive but I rather have quality work than to pay lesser to not have cute nails. It also didn't last longer than two weeks. Normally when I get dip, it lasts like 3+ weeks. Maybe I'll give their acrylic nails a try next time since they have more reviews about it there than dip.

I feel bad writing this review. But it is based on my experience, the quality of the nails, and just an overall picture. Technically we are in a pandemic. There is hand sanitizer at every station. Plexiglass square things above each Pedi station. Every other pedi bowl had a plastic covering. The weird part is that the massage chairs all had Saran wrap on the chair, like every surface. It looked really tacky and off putting. I got a GEL Mani and Pedi. The water for pedi came out cold!! I said to the lady, "it's a bit cold, can you make it warmer" and she did. Then it came out very hot! Weird also. The gel mani machine (to cure the nails, beeps, turns off etc), and this is where I am surely not joking...the machine had a plastic sticker TARGET hanging strap. The kind you get when you go to Target and and buy a pillow/diapers/bulky item, and they peel off a long sticker strap and it attaches to the item for easy carrying. This nail place had the strap on the gel machine!! For easy carrying. Surely there is something easier or nicer to use?? It was very cheap and ugly. Also, they had alot of colors for gel, but the color I chose was a glittered one. It actually looked beautiful in the sample. But the lady explained to me that I had to choose a color for the bottom. She explained that the glitter is soley a topper. Strange because I have gone to other places and their glitter comes out just fine. Still the manicure itself was fine. The nail color ended up matching pretty nicely. The shaping was nice also. My cuticles were fine. And it did not take very long. The second lady went to massage my feet/legs, and went to grab a hot towel. The hot towel she returned with was a dingy blue! I'm not even sure it was an actual hand towel but more so a cut portion of a towel. It looked grayed and dirty. I almost said something but felt like I was so close to getting out of there. I cannot say I'd return to this place. I'm worried frankly about cleanliness and consistency. Tldr: The place was empty for the middle of the week. Cleanliness is not their strong suit. Nail gel color, ended up ok. Would not return.
