UPDATED: Zach came on time, and with a professional as well as friendly attitude, he did the routine maintenance required on our HVAC and pointed out to us areas which we will have to keep an eye on in the future. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and did everything in a timely manner. All this at no charge. I highly recommend him as well as Air Concepts.

I was very impressed with the service both on the phone and in-person. Rates were reasonable, service was prompt, and technition Mark was awesome. I have now found my one-stop AC service.
I've used them a couple times now and they've been really great. I have a background in building sciences so I can tell Riz really knows his stuff. Communication has been great with Kelly and others. If I went with a different company, I definitely wouldn't get the knowledge and quality and communication that I get from Air Concepts.
