Went in for a laser treatment and the machine broke down mid session, but they comped it so can’t really complain... staff was frienly and the place looked nice, would go back.

I could genuinely not say enough great things about Dr. Hick and his staff. Today, I brought my 7-year old in with me for a dual appointment. My 5-year old also tagged along. The staff brought coloring supplies out which made them so happy! Dr. Hick was incredible with the kids. He had multiple tricks up his sleeve! He was incredibly kind and made them feel more than comfortable. In addition, he also took care of my skin care issues without a hiccup. I can't recommend him and this office more. I already have multiple friends, family and even co-workers who utilize his expertise -- and they all couldn't be happier! Thank you Dr. Hick!! Your team as well!

I found Dr. Hick after my long-time dermatologist was not properly addressing a pre-cancer issue that continued to return after several treatments. Dr. Hick not only treated the area more aggressively, but he used one of the office's aesthetic treatment devices to prevent scarring. After 2 years, it has not returned, and the area is no longer scarred. I just saw Dr. Hick for another issue that he addressed expertly. He is always kind, listens and is very knowledgeable about whatever ails your skin. As far as the reviews of the front desk staff, I am not certain what happened with another reviewer, but the staff I have encountered have been nothing but kind and helpful. In fact, they squeezed me in on the same day recently to address an issue before Dr. Hick was off for the holidays. Dr. Kramer and Dr. Hick seem to accept different insurance carriers. So, unless you have an HMO, one of them might accept your insurance. I have used this office only for insurance-covered dermatology, so I cannot opine on any of their aesthetic services.
