Not the best experience. The guy that came and ran our gas and electrical line was rude, didn't consult with me before using my wood for steps he needed to do, dumped the old fire place materials in the middle of my back yard and didn't go by the plans we talked about when he came and gave us an estimate. Not a good experience.

Referred by Village Sweep & Village Hearth in Fairfield, CA when we purchased a gas fireplace insert. Jeff did an amazing job installing the new gas line and electrical line since we had only a wood burning fireplace. Very professional and such a pleasure to work with. He moved his schedule around to give us the estimate and get the job done -- amazing customer service! We are so happy! Thank you! He made the process seamless.
