Patients have shared positive experiences with the emergency care, describing it as good, fast, friendly, and professional. The staff is often praised for their kindness and patience. One patient had an exceptional experience with the hospital, particularly with Dr. Perera, who was described as bright and thorough. However, some patients have expressed concerns about the administration services. They reported issues with communication, forwarding of test results, and billing. One patient was particularly frustrated with the lack of follow-through, stating that it could potentially put people's lives at risk. Despite these negative experiences, the overall growth of Modoc Medical Center is seen as a blessing for the entire community.
The staff at MMC both clinic and hospital rated 5 stars. I use the clinic regularly as a senior and am treated with Respect, dignity and Helpfulness beyond measure. I recently spent 5 days in the hospital and was also treated with respect and dignity when your at your most vulnerable. The Helpfulness was over the top by the nurses and support staff. The food, I wish they had a drive thru. Outstanding recommendations coming from this patient.
They saved my life 2 1/2 years ago. I go to the hosp. 3xs a week in the winter time for hydration. All Modoc Medical Center Employee's have been extremely helpful with my care. Thank You
