Mark was a great guy to talk to and was able to help me out in a bind. We were camping in Julian and my truck through a code that worried me with about possible overheating. I called Mark up on a Sunday morning which just happen to also be a holiday and he answered and told me to send him what the code was. After he got it, he called me back right away and said he would pick up the part and call me when to come by. After an anticipated phone call he had me stop by and diagnosed the problem, which he thought was the thermostat of which 90% will show that code. Replacing the thermostat unfortunately didn't do it so he went out of his way to back and grab a temp sensor from the auto store and it worked perfectly. Everything went back online and I was good to go. Great guy and looks after you.
