Elkan came over one day after I initially made contact. He went through my entire system, he went over every single piece that we should replace to keep everything running perfectly through the next several summers. He explained to me why the pieces were not working and triaged which pieces had to be replaced and which ones we should replace and which ones could wait. His extensive knowledge of the inner workings of my AC unit made me very confident in his recommendations.
