I have United Health Care for insurance. I made an appointment two weeks in advance. They have an office in El Cajon and one in Alpine. My appointment was on a Wed because they are in Alpine on Wed. I arrived early to a dirt lot. Walked in and the girl at the desk said your not covered with UHC. When I made the appointment they asked me for my card number and everything was fine. I immediately called UHC they said you are covered even if they were out of network.

As of a few years ago, Dr. David Joseph took over Bright Smile Dental Care and I must say, the four times I have been to the dentist in the last two years have been the least painful of all my prior experiences. The staff was courteous and the doctor went over all possible options with me then left me to decide what I thought was best for me. I've had all my silver fillings replaced with white ones and it has completely changed my smile. My last visit, I had my teeth whitened and six months later, I am still getting complements on how white my smile is. Glad I found a great dentist. Highly recommended.

Ok, so I went back to get my fillings done and overall it went well. Again, everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable. He ended up redoing my whole right side both bottom and top by taking out the silver fillings and replacing them with white. The entire process was really quick, I was out of there in about an hour which was impressive. He did a good job at numbing me because I felt no pain. Just a little discomfort a few times, which is nothing out of the ordinary. So overall a good experience.
