My little Charlie boy got attacked by a group of dogs in the late afternoon and after calling our local vets with no luck we called this vet which is over an hour and a half away, they said bring him up and they will wait and help him. Luckily my dog survived the almost two hour drive and they were waiting and ready to do emergency surgery on him at almost 7pm when we arrived . The doctor jumped into action making sure my dog had a fighting chance and assured me he will be fine. Over the next couple of days they reached out numerous times updating me on his status and how great he was doing and two days later he was ready to come home. I had my guard up with this place due to the reviews but I have had nothing but a good experience every time. I even credit them for saving my kittens life after FIP had taken its toll on her. If you’re familiar with FIP it’s horrible. But I’m so happy to report that she went through the 84 days of medication and is in remission. She’s thriving. That was weeks ago… why I’m writing this today is because they just spayed my other kitten and they have just been so great about everything. What a wonderful experience ❤️
My 17 yr old chihuahua needed an emergency surgery. The staff was absolutely amazing. They went so far as to send me pictures and calling me during late night hours so I knew she was okay. What can I say, they simply are amazing. And the Vet, he was so patient, explaining every step. Answering every concern with such compassion. Reassuring me that everything would be okay. And it was, she's doing fabulous thanks to everyone at Country pet.
