I came to Dr. Ha's office to remove a cyst on my head. Surgery in general is a scary thought, but from the start to finish, Dr. Ha and his assistants made me feel at ease. The office especially during Covid times was nice and clean. The receptionist named Wendy was super nice, accommodating, and always answered all the questions I have. Booking the appointments were easy and the wait times to see Dr. Ha were always minimal. Dr. Ha is very experienced, knowledgeable, and confident. Very pleased with the results, I had emergency plastic surgery for my eye socket, he was very professional. He listens carefully and I like that he's very confident of his work. Because of my accident I was worried for this type of operation, but he did a great job.
