Really great service! They were able to fit me in last minute to hardwire my dash cams, and did a clean, professional job. Super friendly and quick. I really appreciate them getting it done on short notice. Definitely recommend!
After the alternator was changed on my 2009 Mercedes E550 the rear speakers developed a loud static. I took my vehicle to Prestige Audio Customs located at 215 South Raymond Avenue, Alhambra, CA. The technician said he taught it was the amplifier that was causing static. He said the only way to order a new or use amplifier was to remove the old amplifier and check the part number and the manufacturer. The technician removed to manufacturer was Harmon Becker. The speaker is in a vehicle were Harmon Kardon.
The technician removed the amplifier to get me a quote on a new or or use amplifier.

My 20009 E 550 Mercedes developed static and rare speakers after the alternator was changed. The 2009 Mercedes use two different radio systems and their vehicles. I visited prestige auto customs. The technician was very familiar with MERCEDES vehicles and the Harmon Becker amplifiers. The technician recommended that the amplifier be replaced. He removed the amplifier from the vehicle to make sure that he had the correct part number and manufacturer of the amplifier. I told the technician I'll be out of town for a few days and go ahead and order the new or use amplifier. When I returned in a few days, the technician had an used exact match amplifier.
