I had Luis and his father swapped out my old car radio system for a new CarPlay screen upgrade. There are professional and proactive with everything. After installation, I got some issues with the audio after I drove back home, Luis and his father quickly identified the issue and resolved it on the following days. I Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an upgrade for their car audio!

After the alternator was changed on my 2009 Mercedes E550 the rear speakers developed a loud static. I took my vehicle to Prestige Audio Customs located at 215 South Raymond Avenue, Alhambra, CA. The technician said he taught it was the amplifier that was causing static. He said the only way to order a new or use amplifier was to remove the old amplifier and check the part number and the manufacturer. The technician removed to manufacturer was Harmon Becker. The speaker is in a vehicle were Harmon Kardon.
The technician removed the amplifier to get me a quote on a new or or use amplifier.
