“Hoagie and team (Buttercup) are truly gifted with fur babies. We recently brought in our three senior small dogs with (shamedly) overgrown nails. Not only was he non judgemental, but he was kind and gave us lots of educational feedback in a gentle way. Good Humanity does exist and you can find it here. There’s parking in the back, and is conveniently located directly off I10. I had previously sent a text explaining my fear of bringing in our dogs in fear of them getting rejected. He responded within 24 hours and was really helpful and informative via text. I love finding places like this! If you are neglecting your dogs personal care, and you worry about judgemental places, do your pets a favor and just bring them in. I have a huge weight lifted off my chest. Thank you Hoagie! “I took all five dogs to Marilyn about two months ago. She did a great job her and her assistant they are kind, caring and gentle, especially with my 16-year-old maltipoo he has arthritis and due to his age heart of hearing and heart of seen he can be a little difficult. They were very patient with him and he looked great. He also came out. Happy eat food drank water. I can definitely see by the way he reacted they did a very gentle job with him. I’m very happy and I will definitely recommend them anytime“

“This is a great business. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional whether you need an appointment, prescription refill, or just have a question, they are there to help. Our veterinarian was Dr Navia. She is a superb clinician, has great surgical skills and is very gentle with animals. She treated our dog for a bad heart valve and heart failure over a couple of years. When his disease progressed and we decided on euthanasia to prevent suffering she was very skillful at the procedure and provided us emotional support as well. Everyone at the facility is service oriented. You will never feel like you are bothering them and never feel like they are in it for the money. A simply great group of people. As a retired family doctor I give them my best recommendation,“

“Our dog, Booker needed a bath, grooming, and some TLC. We stayed one night at the Pasadena Hotel and came across LA Pet Home on our midnight walk. We came by in the morning where they had a 10:00 opening. Fatih was personable, caring, and gentle with Booker! He took his time with Booker to make sure that he was comfortable! Fatih did an amazing and wonderful job! And Booker was definitely a pleased and happy camper!

“Took my Mini American Shepherd here for the first time today after having a bad experience at my previous groomer. Many places have struggled to get her cut right but Pet's Fifth Avenue did an amazing job! The staff was extremely friendly and understanding of my very anxious pup and she even got to leave with a little toy. Will definitely be back!“

So I was ready for them to call me back saying that they couldn’t control her since I’ve experienced that before. “I was really happy with their service and flexibility. I went in after walking out of my regular vet because the bill was too high and they would not give me any alternative options. After paying crazy amounts in vet bills for various situations in the past few months I was starting to feel financially manipulated by vets so I shopped around a bit and echo park gave me a rough estimate over the phone and was very flexible in person. I went in twice for follow ups which I might have been afraid to do somewhere else. Very grateful for them accommodating me and my kitty!
