10/10 I was nervous because this is my first time doing adults things and being by myself. The staff were kind and helpful, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. The Doctor was also kind and walked me through the process and explained everything I needed to know and beyond; very assuring as this was my first experience. The environment was very peaceful, clean and organized. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place. :)

My partner had an appointment today and we were helped right away. They gave us time to choose frames we like and after choosing the final frame, the staff went over insurance details and prices on upgrading with us. The staff is knowledgeable and advised us the pros/cons of the end result. The process was smooth and we were done within an hour. Plenty of parking spaces. Can't wait to pick up the frame!

I've never received better or more detailed care from a health provider than I have from Dr. Lam at MPO. He explains everything that's going on with your eyes using 3D models and in laymen's terms. On several appointments he's spent up to an hour working with me trying different brands and adjusting my prescription slightly in different directions to ensure I have 20/20 with soft lenses.If only every doctor out there personalized patient treatment the same way!
