3 stars because I'm generous and she used to have good service. I used Fanny's cleaning service before covid 2 times and it was great. After covid I tried using her service but she said she didn't have anyone available at the moment in my area to come by. And then I tried calling after a while from that point and she was very unresponsive. I feel like after covid her customer service has drastically declined and doesn't really care about keeping her clientele. I guess on to the next one because I wouldn't advise anyone to waste their energy calling here.

Fanny's was excellent! We needed someone last minute and they were quick to answer the phone and find someone who could arrive in under two hours. Miriam was our cleaner and she did an incredible job! She arrived with all of the necessary materials including cleaning supplies, a ladder, and a few basic tools. Our place looks wonderful and the prices are very reasonable for the service. Nearly half as expensive as some of the other options we contacted. Absolutely recommend! Everything was great. My suggestion is to advise ahead of time on how much time spent you want on cleaning the stove. It can literally take 3 hours, or more, taking stove apart, removing all of the knobs, etc. I should have said less time, so the kitchen mopping could be finished. Next time, I will. Anyhow, other than this, a decent cleaning job.
