Worth the investment! My parents have an older home with outdated insulation, and the original 9k BTU Boris installed didn't cool the room effectively due to the abundant sunlight. After upgrading to the 12k BTU, it works much better for our needs. I'm impressed with the attention Boris gave to my concerns, and I appreciate that this is a family business. We bought a mini split from Covac back in early 2022 for my mother-in-law's place, and it's worked great. When mom-in-law asked about paying for a routine checkup, the folks from Covac very honestly pointed out that technician servicing wasn't necessary unless something was wrong. Cannot say enough good stuff about this place. I made the mistake of investing in a ductless mini split before that broke and no one would service it. Second time, i used covac... it runs great and boris comes back to service it if need be. The pricing is also great
