Really loved the entire treatment. The therapist was both Firm and vigorous at the same time. The overall experience was soothing. I felt lighter and more energetic for the next couple of days after. The stomach massage was a little intense, but I get the benefit of doing it. I will definitely be going back and I recommended it to my husband who will be going.
