This is by far the best experience I have had with any electrician, handyman, or any technician to help repair a home. First, an inquiry is responded in a timely manner. They give you clear information about how the price their services and how they prorate in case the actual differs from the estimate. They voluntarily contact you when there is an earlier opening and work with your schedule. Before the technicians come, they send you a text message about who the technicians are, their pictures, and their short CV/experience. I think their technician are very skillful as they relatively quickly figure out what the problems, propose a solution. The office quickly follow-up with the timeline of repair. They make sure that you are happy with the works before they bill you (about 1-2 weeks after the work is done). There is really only good things I can say about East Bay Electric from my last experience with them. Highly recommend the company to handle your electrical needs.
East Bay Electric has helped me twice in the past year. The first time was a small job and second time it was a larger and more complex job. The service was excellent quality - I received an estimate upfront, there were no surprises with billing and the service was provided on-time by a courteous technician.
