Rhea is a color guru! And she will keep going until it’s right and YOU love it! Shes also funny and was very kind to me, who knows nothing and am just starting in wigs and toppers. I adore this lady and no one is going to touch my hair or wigs but her from now on even though it’s quite a drive to get there.
