I had an amazing experience working with Coach Angela. She is very friendly, highly knowledgeable, and always brings great energy to each session. Through her guidance, I learned good body mechanics and proper exercise techniques that were tailored to my needs. We also had insightful discussions on nutrition, which helped me stay on track. Even on my off days, Coach Angela provided helpful workout advice to keep me progressing. Despite my disabilities, I was able to work out effectively and see real results. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and skilled coach.
I’m in my 5th week working with Coach Angela. She heard my goals and understands my limitations (recovering from a broken ankle and wrist). In each session she encourages and challenges my ability to push a little bit more. As a result, I can say that I feel stronger, my balance is much better, and I’m beginning to see actual muscle development! I am truly enjoying this journey. Their facility is clean and spacious. I would highly recommend Coach Angela and Coach Michael to anyone that wants to jumpstart their path to fitness!
These guys at MD Fitness are the real deal! Coach Mike and Coach Angela are the most encouraging coaches I’ve ever had. They personalize workouts to reflect your goals and will push you to reach those goals no matter where you are in the process. Don’t waste hours in a gym by yourself when you can get an intentional and directed workout done here in 30 minutes! Thanks coach for always keeping my health first and for your flexibility with my busy schedule. I would whole heartedly recommend MD Fitness to anyone looking to get in better shape!
