We hired this remodeling team for our kitchen and bathroom renovation because they came recommended by neighbors and their estimate was the most competitive of the three bids we received. Overall, we had a great experience and would give them five stars, especially because of the excellent workmanship throughout the project. The crews were skilled, professional, and respectful of our home. They were easy to work with, flexible when design plans shifted, and they cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. The finished remodel gave our home a beautiful, updated look and really improved both the function and style of the space. Our experience with the project management team was also very positive. Lucas and Kai stayed in touch with us daily by text, keeping us informed about each phase of the remodel. Lucas paid close attention to details, kept the work moving forward, and helped manage scheduling and budget expectations. Kai made sure materials and supplies were on site when needed, which helped the job stay organized and efficient. We hired a home exterior painting and repair team after a friend referred them, and the whole remodeling experience was excellent. Clarence, the owner, was honest, easy to talk to, and quick to reply by text or email. After we replaced the windows on our home, we needed the full exterior painted, and we also wanted the backyard gazebo refreshed to match. Clarence met with us several times to go over the project details and make sure everything was covered before the work started.
