Pricing is reasonable, I'm sure they do a good job. I did not verify license. It was like pulling teeth to set an appointment, and then pull more teeth to get a time for the appointment. Some of us are on busy time schedule and need to plan our days. I'm not a housewife just sitting around. When that day and time came... waiting and waiting. I finally called them, they said "we'll be there approx one hour"! I was so upset I canceled. Another review here posted lady is... "mean", I do believe it's just a personality trait, I know others whom speak/sound that way, but she does come off "unpleasant".

I used this cleaning service for my rental at the recommendation of my realtor. The team that arrived well prepared was methodical and made the place sparkle in record time. I later realized that one of the ladies that came was the actual owner! Needless to say they left an excellent impression and I will be calling them for help whenever I need my home or rentals deep cleaned.
