I came to Training Grounds for a personal trainer, and the consultation was fantastic at every step of the process! Alex was communicative before and during the appointment, paid close attention to my problem areas and goals for training, and worked with me and catered to my skill level. The facilities and equipment were in great condition. If folks are looking for a trainer who cares about you and your progress, I can’t recommend Training Grounds enough!
