The house we bought hadn't been changed since the original construction in the '70's. Needless to say, everything in the master bathroom had to be changed, including moving the pipes and the sewage drain. After speaking with a couple of different contractors, we decided to go with Palatin Remodeling. Gil was very professional, listened to what we needed, and gave us advice when asked. He kept me in the loop during every step. When I asked to change something mid-way, his team did so with no complaints, and most importantly, without trying to talk me in to keeping the original plan, even when it was an inconvenience to them. I bought a house and decided to facelift the entire house in and out. After having a negative experience with our first contractor I met with 3-4 contractors that I found on yelp: I felt from the beginning that I could trust Gil. The entire company operated every day and got things done ahead of time. Great communication between me and Gil night and day weekend and holidays. I have now a completely different house. Me and my wife are planning an ADU project and definitely will call palatin remodeling.

Gil and his team are awesome! I had so many estimates for just a shower renovation. Gil was the only reasonably priced offer I received and he delivered what he promised and more. He said it would take two weeks and it only took two weeks! Everything was done by the book with a permit and inspection. He's super easy to talk to and always responds. His workers are polite, on time and very hard working. I highly highly highly recommend Palatin Remodeling! Thank you guys!
