Ruben at MSB Disaster Recovery Services was recommended to me by a family friend. Ruben and his team have been instrumental in getting us thru our home repairs as a result of a plumbing leak that we experienced. He helped us navigate the insurance process and his team of workers are great. Ruben is always available to help. He is professional, knowledgable and a kind person. Although nobody wants to experience a home disaster, having the right team that Ruben has assembled to get us thru it has made the process go smoothly and easily. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Ruben for all you did for us!
MSB helped complete work that was not properly completed or finished by ACE. The company and team were extremely thorough, communicated well (often and clearly), and provided great advice / recommendations on the work required. Importantly the work remained within budget. In hindsight we should have hired them from the start!
Came home to a flooded downstairs, several inches of water. Called MSB and they were there Within 45 minutes. Removed most of the water and then started drying things out. Took about 2 weeks and removal of lots of dry wall and kitchen cabinets. Then the restoration started. We had MSB handle everything but a new kitchen that we opted for. Very responsive, did a great job of working with the insurance company. The cost of restoration these days is crazy but they worked things out with our insurance adjuster. Hopefully you will not require their services but if you do they are the team you want to hire
