Your coupon system is a joke. Customers have to spend a long time to find a coupon that is authorized and acceptable for their respective location. In most cases the coupons are not accepted by the local stores. I did not have any problems with the hairdresser and employees. The store was clean. The online checking system works fine.
I had a great experience there. The lady that cut and reshaped my longish hair, fine and thin, into a really nice long layered cut. Instantly I had body and movement and banks really made this a great look. She was so good that the hairdresser only took off a minimal amount as I am growing my hair. I am particular...very!
Agoura Hills store is awesome. Josalyn and Jennie did great haircuts for us. We were way behind in getting back and our hair had grown out alot. Even so we got good cuts and were very pleased with the results. Friendly atmosphere. This is a very good place to go for just the right haircuts. We will keep going back for more cuts. We received many compliments for our new looks.
