The school fosters self-defense, respect, concentration, and self-confidence in its young students. Adult classes are also well-regarded, with top-notch instruction and a friendly community that encourages students throughout their journey.
This is a great place to learn. The professors are so knowledgeable and they’re great with giving advices/help when needed. The staffs really take care of their students from the professors, coaches, office staffs. I wanted my kids to learn how to protect themselves so I signed both of my kids. I wanted to try it and now I’m a part of GBA!
I came to Gracie Barra Agoura to learn Jiu-Jitsu, but I found so much more—a community of amazing practitioners who genuinely support one another.
The staff is incredible, and Professor Romulo, Professor Jaeson, and Professor Zane are all amazing instructors. They create an environment that is welcoming, safe, clean, and encouraging for everyone, regardless of experience level.

Been training here for a couple years… it’s an awesome place to train with great people. The professors foster a positive, fun and safe environment. This is definitely the place to go if you’re looking to get started in BJJ.
