I'm so happy that I discovered Ian!! I suddenly was unable to plug my power cord into the charging port on my IPad mini. Ian said to stop by and he'd take a look at it. He knew from his many past experiences that something was most likely broken off in there. Of course he was exactly right....a small metal piece of the plug itself had broken off in the port but was not visible to myself or my husband. He had it out in about 30 seconds and didn't charge me. He also happens to be a super nice guy as I stayed a few minutes to talk to him. Definitely my go to guy in the future if and when something more complicated goes wrong with my phone ipad or computer. Thanks so much Ian!!
Ian is wonderful. Fixed my phone quickly and WAY more inexpensively than Apple would have done. He's so nice. I came in to get my phone cleaned out yesterday and he didn't even charge me. I absolutely recommend his services to everyone. He is knowledgeable and really professional.
I feel I definitely owe a five star review to CommTech. After a heavy dumbbell collided with my phone, my iPhone display was rendered unusable, and I could not see anything on my phone.
