Not only did I interview a few company's prior to choosing The Art of Staging, I can now confidently say we made the right choice to stage our hOMe! 1. Their price was very competitive with other companies. 2. The owner Ariana and her team Rachel & Kat worked incredibly well together. As if they read one another's mind with their vision for our house and once completed we LOVED every single piece of furniture they used, as well as the EXTRA SPECIAL TOUCHES of bling and crystals they added! 3. This team of Angels really listened to my suggestions and read my personality well to know those extra unique touches would not only make me fall in love with their finished vision, but every person that came through this staged house also fell in love from the moment they opened the front door! 4. I was never a believer on a house needing to be staged to sell it fast, but our hOMe sold in 18 days on the market. There is a reason Art of Staging consistently receives 5-star ratings. I have already shared this gem of a staging company with my broker office...and I'm very particular about my recommendations. As many of reviewers have commented, Ariana has the whole package: talent, professionalism, communication, resources, work ethic and so much more. She is hands on and takes great pride in her design and recommendations. I love how she will personally meet with me and my clients to establish rapport and give an idea of what to expect throughout. We had the home partially staged since the sellers still lived in it - this presents a different set of challenges working with existing furniture yet integrating it with a modern look to appeal for the next homeowner. Ariana and her team nailed it. She brought out the full potential of the home and its charm with her choice in furniture, accessories and design. Both the seller and I could not believe it was the same home after her team had finished staging it. Ariana takes great pride in her work and branding. If something doesn't look/feel right, she will figure it out until it does. I love this about her and is what makes her stand out amongst other stagers. She also has a plethora of resources to procure furniture and design pieces so sky's the limit with her. She is so pleasant, so easy to work with and yet delivers a result that is unparalleled.
