After two different HVAC companies tried to tell me the system had to be replaced at $9-12k I smelled a rat.
I was referred to Eagle Rock HVAC and asked if they could just find the leak and repair it. Without hesitation I was told yes and they could come in 2 days. Guillermo found the leak without too much trouble and repaired it and re charged the system.
Works as good as new at about 1/10 the price of the other guys

Scheduled HVAC maintenance and the team inspected the system, cleaned filters, and gave tips to improve efficiency. I would certainly call them again next time I will encounter the same problem.
