I attended this martial arts gym for over 10 years. I eventually achieved my 1st degree black belt during my time here and loved every second of it. Master McConnell taught me quite a lot during my attendance. Everything starts with basic fundamentals when you first attend. Whether it be transference of weight to proper form. This establishment taught me a lot that eventually assisted me a lot during my adult years. This place teaches with hard work and dedication you can achieve any goal you set forth.
