I had the most satisfying and wonderful experience last week at Acton cleaners. I brought my racing leathers in w/ a broken zipper and needed some help. Since time was limited a call was placed to the sister store Darling Cleaners where a lovely lady said bring it. I did and even after analyzing the difficulties she bravely took them in. She knew I was in a pinch time-wise and I knew this wasn't an easy task for her. I came back 2 days later to a suit that was not only repaired but in better condition than how I left it with her. I am so glad that we have them here in Acton. They do all my dry cleaning, and they do a great job. They dry cleaned curtains that were soiled with dog stains. So grateful. They also done some tailoring for me. They relined a jacket for me, and the work was impeccable. They provide great customer service, and their staff is very helpful, and kind. Highly recommend them.

Went here once to get a few horse blankets cleaned. Dropped them off- went to pick the up a week or so later and was told they don't do them. So they didn't know that a week before? That's some customer service. Was cramped and the two people there barely rose to greet me. This was a while ago but it's still the same owners so I'm sure nothing has changed.
