Excellent service, Furnace stopped working and still under warranty, Shift Air Invermere attended on the day determined the issue and returned same day with part for repair. Highly Recommend.
Decided to purchase a mini-split heat pump unit for our heritage home. Called Shift Air in January. Got a call back from Kathy either the same or next day, and within a day or so after that Brent came to the house for an estimate. They provided a written estimate within another day or so, with a discussion around availabilities for a March install. Also made some recommendations around availability for grants and rebates. Around the end of Feb, we got another email confirming the March install date. Date came, the crew of 3 were here first thing, along with an electrician (invoiced separately) that they secured. I just had a new electric furnace installed and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process from start to finish.
