I cannot say enough about what a wonderful company this is! I had come to Canada to empty, repaint and install carpet in my fathers bedroom of his 618 sq ft condo in WhiteRock to prepare it for sale as he has moved into long term nursing care and after 18 months of not being able to come here ( I live in the states) I had limited time in which to do so. Every painter, carpet company were giving me a 2 to 6 weeks timeframe away of being available to do so. The day I walked into Hallmark was the best. Not only was Supkhua Chhin ( Owner) Welcoming, he really listened to what I needed done, was extremely knowledgeable about his products, he gave me options and understood my needs and budget. I was able to meet him later in the day, he measured and brought samples to try and match the existing carpet as best we could, this is where he gave me more options on the time frame of ordering carpet and also let me know what he had on hand, which would of made a difference in timing of installation. I was just amazed and thrilled at his level of customer service and expertise! Needless to say installation of the carpet was done the next day! Supkua was also able to recommend a painter who was able to do the work right away and all was done within my budget! This has brought me so much relief and the end result was beautiful! I am forever grateful that this last part of my emotional journey of selling my fathers home, which holds so many memories for myself and children ended on this note. It made a difference to me that he actually cared and wanted to help me with my situation. I cannot Thank Supkua enough….. Pictures to follow! 😊👍👍👍👍
