Dr. Wiid has been my two children's and my family doctor for about 15 years. We have also seen Dr. Verway from time to time - both are fantastic. Della at reception is always great and efficient. Great clinic.
New to Kelowna, last week, I had to see a doctor as soon as possible, I was nervous and the lady at the reception was so sweet and I got to see a doctor the same day.The doctor was very professional and respectful.I had to call back today to follow up and again, the receptionist was amazing and so sweet.I saw all the bad reviews but really, I had the best service I could have asked for
I have been to this walk-in clinic two times in the past year and have had positive experiences both times. Just note that if you do not have a family doctor, you must visit Urgent Care (locations in Kelowna and West K).1st visit (fall 2022): stitches removal in my leg, quick and simple! I walked in and was seen within 20 minutes.2nd visit (June 2023): couldn’t see my specialist doctor for a concern until July 13th, so called walk-in in advance since I now live >1hr away, receptionist kindly scheduled me a same-day appointment.
