Sankara, in particular, stands out for being knowledgeable, informed, and friendly. Loans are approved quickly, with direct deposits the next day, and customers can expect a stress-free process.
The representative, Puyan, from the Kelowna Westbank branch provided outstanding support. He worked on my application the entire day and helped me successfully secure the funds. His dedication and professionalism were truly impressive. I highly recommend that anyone seeking assistance with line of credit or any other loan to connect with him directly.
I have used EasyFinancial in the past, and unfortunately I had some financial issues crop up. I spoke first with Simran and the Rezwan, they were able to assist me to get a new offer, so I could further pay down what I needed to, and also lowered my bi monthly payments. I cannot thank the Westbank team enough for this. They are kind, easy to talk to, they have a ❤️ 💙. I've also communicated with Cara and Breanna, everyone is so polite and easy to work with.
