I forgot my contacts when visiting my dad in west Kelowna. I visited his optometrist here and they were able to contact my optometrist in Calgary to verify my prescription and gave me enough samples to get me through the trip. I offered to pay but they declined. Very kind and thoughtful. Excellent service. Highly recommend
Within 2 days of moving to the Okanagan, I carelessly had a tiny piece of metal embedded in my eye. Visionfirst took me in right away when we called their office. The doctors went through several tedious precision procedures over four visits and completely removed the fragment. Their professional and personal approach was wonderful. I will be a regular patient at their office for all my eye checkups and prescriptions going forward. I highly recommend this office.
