Great customer service… Jeff and his team were great to deal with, quick response considering the minus 25 weather. Upon arrival at our home Thomas was very friendly and professional… he took the time to explain the issue and has my Carrier electric furnace up and running in no time. As a Bonus the failed part was under warranty. Thanks again.
Triumph installed an air conditioner and hot water heater in our home and has done maintaince/service on our furnace and fireplace for the last 5 years. They have always been totally professional, prompt and courteous!Saturday morning we woke and found our furnace (a 20+ year old workhorse) had stopped working. We called Triumph and they replied almost immediately. Jeff dropped in later that morning and made sure the furnace was working again. We arranged to have a new furnace installed.Chad, Alrik and Chase arrived early Monday morning, removed the old furnace and installed a new unit by that afternoon. What can you say but ... awesome!!!
